The New CFO Financial Leadership Manual, 2nd Edition by Steven Bragg

When I wrote this book, there was an almost total absence of guidance available for the Chief Financial Officer.  Though a great deal of knowledge had been summarized in various books for controllers (see my own Controllership book), there were many missing topics that a CFO must have available.  Consequently, I brought together a great deal of material from my other books, while also adding many new pages of material to arrive at the single most comprehensive CFO book on the market.  This second edition includes material on corporate restructurings, the analysis of research & development operations, Sarbanes-Oxley, and changes in the bankruptcy laws.
